Caloplaca ochracea
The K+ crimson reaction to the apothecia is a key feature for Caloplaca. Only Protoblastenia has this reacion too. Narrowing down was done visually by Dobson key and TLGBI. This could also have keyed out to C.dalmatica because of the cracked aureoles but that does in fact appear to be the Lecidella stigmatea thallus that the Caloplaca is growing on.
