Lecanora albescens
This one narrowed down to Protoparmelia and Lecanora which needed a polarizing filter to confirm the latter which I now have on order. This Lecanora didn't key out because I had the wrong reaction when apply C to the thallus. I have been told that this can happen so something to be aware of.
